This 2 BR/2BA condo/villa is at Envoy Point, the upscale, desirable complex on the Gulf of Mexico at Blind Pass waterway. It is peaceful, luxurious, and safe with water all around it. The sand is soft and the entrance to your private beach is gorgeous. It has a Caribbean feeling and the exotic birds on the beach are so fun to watch.

We first rented here for the summer - loved it and purchased our own unit! We have pride of ownership, which can be seen by the many upgrades and contemporary decor we added to make your stay special and
resort-like, such as:

- plush, new sheets & towels, and a new mattress
- new Tommy Bahama pub-style balcony furniture

We have also added many amenities for your pleasure. They include:

- ceiling fans in every room, including the large balcony
- recessed lighting design in the kitchen

The kitchen is stainless steel with large countertops and has lots of space in the breakfast nook. The unit is fully furnished and includes all of the conveniences of home such as a washer & dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots & pans, stemware, linens, and beach towels.

The environment is so unique. Dolphins swim below as you
sit on the large balcony enjoying the Gulf of Mexico and the Pass all day. The Gulf is to the left and the pass is straight ahead. You will be mesmerized as you view the gorgeous sunsets every evening. It is truly the most desirable area of St. Pete Beach. Every day you can watch a parade of beautiful boats entering the gulf from the pass or just walk out to the beach with your fishing pole and relax for hours! Your beach is gated and is great for swimming and fishing. It has a jetty on one side protecting it from much seaweed that the other beaches sometimes have. It is secluded because it is at the northern tip of the island.

The property includes use of workout facilities, 2 heated pools, 2 tennis courts, gulf front shuffleboard, gated parking, 24 hour security and water on 2 sides. You are just a short walk away from many great restaurants and bars, convenience stores and shops. To get to the middle of the action, take a short stroll down the beach to reach several full-service resorts.
